Sam Haskins in the USA


Dinner at Lombardi's.  This classic coal fired oven has been in use since 1905.  Good Times.

Sam loved eating at restaurants. In the golden age of Howard Johnson's when Jacques Pépin influence could still be felt Sam loved the Turkey club. A classic American breakfast with good diner coffee and hash browns was also one of his favorites. My daughter and I shared some amazing meals with Sam in New York. Especially in little Italy.
